We will then set up a longer appointment to create an account on the NY State of Health or find out what your options are Directly through an Insurance Company. I work with nearly all of the Insurance companies available to you so you will have access to the one of your choosing. However, I can and will make recommendations based on your geographical area and the experiences of my other clients.

Navigating the NY State of Health can be very frustrating, believe me, I know! I have been working on “The Marketplace” since its inception and I know the ins and outs of the website and the application process.

Are you mandated to offer Health Insurance to your employees?

The definition of a Small Business is presently 50 employees and under, with tax credits available to those businesses with under 25 employees. The Healthcare landscape continues to change but I will be sure that you are aware of and in control of your options.
