All hail Jacquie Wolf! Lost my health insurance due to an NYState clerical mistake earlier this month, drove to Albany to try to get it reinstated same day per "their" advice (fail), faxed/scanned endless paperwork in per "their" advice (fail), spoke to endless morons on the phone about updates that were always supposed to happen "immediately" or even "soon" (fail).
